We’re delighted to announce that our Terrarium building workshops for this year will be taken over by Jonathan Paul Balchandani aka The Bearded Plantaholic.
Jonny is a "self-confessed plant addict with a big beard, a big heart, and an even bigger passion for all things green." Well-known for his online videos Jonny will take you on a journey of how to build, love & care for your very own Terrarium that you will take away the same day!
So, what’s a terrarium? A terrarium is a sealed clear container that contains plants. The humidity inside the terrarium creates an atmosphere that enables you to grow a wide range of plants and mosses. Water evaporates from the soil and transpires from the leaves, hits the top of the container and falls back down keeping the plants watered. It essentially becomes its own ecosystem!
