Standard UK delivery for light items fitting into an envelope is £1.99 (Gift Vouchers)
for all other items (Not Including Bulk Bags) we only offer local delivery. (within around 30 miles of the centre max) - SEE POSTCODES BELOW
Bulk Bag Delivery
Delivery timeframes have been extended to up to 30 working days due to carrier restrictions during Covid-19 and excessive demand.
Free Delivery within Mainland England and Wales - Postcodes AB, IV & KW in Scotland & TR in Devon & Cornwall carry a supplement charge of £50 inc VAT. Delivery is to mainland England Wales and Scotland, up to and including Glasgow and Edinburgh but not above. The following postcodes will incur a separate delivery charge AB, IV, TR and KW, please contact us for a personalised quote if you require delivery to one of these postcode areas.
Delivery Period Delivery will typically be made within 7-10 working days but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date. For other products, a delivery date will be provided by email from the carrier, which will include a link to allow tracking online. Vehicles We Use Items will be delivered on larger lorries which can get to most places it's typically, a 7.5 ton lorry. This will depend on the item that is being delivered and should you have any concerns with restricted access to your property we ask you to contact us prior to placing an order.
Unloading Of Your Delivery Due to the nature of this product, delivery will be made to the front of the property to the nearest location. Our drivers will not carry these items inside your home or back garden. When the item is delivered on a pallet, the pallet and packaging are non-returnable and the goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions the driver will split the package to assist with manoeuvring of the item. Once you are happy, we will ask you to check the condition of the goods and sign for the delivery.

Just select ‘I will pickup this order at your garden centre’ during the checkout procedure and we will call you as soon as the goods are ready to be picked up. (24 hours notice required)
Simply bring your ‘order processed’ e-mail confirmation and proof of I.D. for collection any time during opening hours.
You may cancel an order at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products as long as the product is fully un-used and in pristine condition.
Refunds are not available on custom made items such as Deli orders.
If you decide to return a Product to us because you have cancelled the Order between us within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, however, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. For any other reason we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
In relation to any products returned by you because of a defect these will be either refunded or repaired/replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer of the product.
Any goods sold by us will have the benefit of the manufacturers warranties, which will be for 12 months unless otherwise stated. All warranties are subject to the manufacturers terms and conditions. Any defective goods returned to us within the manufacturers warranty period will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and will be subject to compliance with the terms of their warranty. All other warranties and guarantees are expressly excluded so far as the law permits.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Refunds outside the 7 day cooling off period are entirely at our discretion, by agreement in advance, and will have a restocking charge applied to them (normally 10%).
All statutory rights remain unaffected.
International delivery is not available. We only deliver to mainland UK.

We normally dispatch orders 1 to 2 business days after being received, or occasionally longer if there are delays outside of our control in which case we will contact you and advise you fully.
Please note that all deliveries from our courier require a signature and parcels are unable to be left at an address without one. St Peters Garden Centre reserves the right to only deliver to the address where the payment card is registered. An alternative shipping address can be selected however we may ask you for further ID proof in this situation. For your convenience and speed, items are sent by courier or, for small items at our discretion by Royal Mail post. Where goods are sent by courier, it is a requirement that delivery of goods are signed for by an adult over 18 years of age.
If a customer requests that items are to be left, ‘in a shed’, ‘conservatory’, ‘behind the bins’ or other unsecure, un-documented place within the grounds of your home – this is ENTIRELY at your (the customers) risk. St Peters Garden Centre may at its discretion agree to the above however all risk is passed to you.
