We aim to get your order with you in 3-5 working days, using experienced couriers or our own St Peters Van.
 


Local Delivery


Own St Peters Van - £6.95

Postcodes - WR1, WR2, WR3, WR4, WR5, WR6, WR7, WR8, WR9, WR13, WR14.

Your local deliveries will be with you in 3-5 working days, for larger deliveries such as furniture we will call and arrange a delivery date/time.

This is a more personalised white glove-type service where we will deliver on a pre-agreed date, within an agreed window. 

*Charges in-store differ from those online, where we can offer assembly service & waste removal at an extra charge.

National Delivery


Small / Parcel - £6.95   |   Large / Pallet - £50.00

For National Delivery we use a number of reputable couriers.

We aim to pack & dispatch our smaller parcel deliveries within one working day, with delivery from our couriers arriving within 3 working days after dispatch.

Large pallet deliveries can sometimes take up to 3 working days to dispatch, with delivery from our couriers arriving withing 3 working days after dispatch.

Gift Vouchers


Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery - £3.50

All Paper Gift Voucher orders are processed the next working day, with up to 3 working days to arrive after dispatch.

Bulk Bag Delivery


Via Meadowview Stone - £25

Delivery Period Delivery will typically be made within 7-10 working days.

Delivery Details
This delivery is a 700kg Bulk Bag delivered on a pallet, due to the nature of this delivery, it will be made to the front of the property at the nearest location.

Drivers will not be able to carry these items inside your home or back garden. The goods can only be manoeuvred on a flat and level surface (i.e. not a gravel driveway) by a pallet truck. On some occasions, the driver will split the package to assist with the manoeuvring of the item.

Please check the following delivery details before ordering:

1) The vehicle has clear access to your property.
2) There are no weight restrictions on the access route to your property.
3) Your driveway has sufficient width to accommodate the vehicle.
4) The area receiving the delivery is solid, level, and free of grass & gravel.
5) You or the nominated person must be available to sign for the goods.

Note: The delivery vehicle is NOT a Hiab so cannot be craned off.

 


Returns

We make every effort to get your orders to you in the best condition possible, however, unfortunately, sometimes accidents can happen or manufacturing faults may mean products don’t arrive at the standard we would expect.
